ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT
As a part of our mission and commitment to supporting the diverse community interests in economic development throughout Madison County, the Madison County Council of Governments provides a number of programs and services capable of fitting most any need.
The MCCOG staff are experienced in grant writing and tax abatement, offering communities assistance through revolving loan funds as well as food and beverage funds. We strive to provide policy makers, public and private economic development professionals, planning officials, and the general public with the knowledge and vision necessary to promote economic development while sustaining our county's heritage and natural resources.
